Frankenstein Gunworks stands behind every rifle we assemble. Our warranty covers the quality of our assembly and workmanship while preserving the individual warranties provided by the manufacturers of the premium components used in each rifle.

Frankenstein Gunworks Workmanship Warranty

Frankenstein Gunworks warrants that each rifle is properly assembled and inspected at the time it leaves our facility. If a defect in our assembly or workmanship is identified, Frankenstein Gunworks will inspect the rifle and, when determined to be covered under this warranty, correct the issue at no charge to the original purchaser.

Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Frankenstein Gunworks warrants its assembly and workmanship to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the firearm. This warranty applies specifically to assembly and workmanship performed by Frankenstein Gunworks and does not replace, extend, or modify warranties provided by the manufacturers of individual components.

Component Manufacturer Warranties

Frankenstein Gunworks rifles are assembled using components manufactured by independent American manufacturers. Those components may be covered by warranties provided by their respective manufacturers, subject to each manufacturer’s own terms, conditions, and limitations. Frankenstein Gunworks does not modify, extend, or replace a component manufacturer’s warranty.

If a problem appears to involve an individual component rather than Frankenstein Gunworks’ assembly or workmanship, contact us first. We will help identify the issue and, when appropriate, assist in determining the proper manufacturer warranty process.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic wear, corrosion, neglect, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, damage caused by incompatible or improperly installed accessories, or damage resulting from ammunition that is defective, improperly loaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or otherwise unsuitable for the firearm.

Normal wear items and components that have reached the end of their reasonable service life are not considered defects in Frankenstein Gunworks’ assembly or workmanship.

Modifications and Accessories

The installation or use of aftermarket parts, accessories, optics, muzzle devices, or suppressors does not automatically void this warranty. However, damage or malfunctions caused by an aftermarket component, improper installation, modification, or incompatible accessory are not covered by Frankenstein Gunworks’ workmanship warranty.
