Frankenstein Gunworks ships firearms and other products in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Firearm Shipping
Firearms requiring shipment will be shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer to the purchaser. We do not ship firearms directly to a purchaser when an FFL transfer is required. The receiving dealer must provide Frankenstein Gunworks with a valid copy of their FFL before the firearm can be shipped.
Shipping Costs & Tracking
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated as part of the order process. Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Firearm shipments require delivery to the receiving FFL and may require an adult signature.
Legal Restrictions
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm or other regulated product being ordered may lawfully be purchased, possessed, and transferred in the purchaser’s jurisdiction. Frankenstein Gunworks will not knowingly ship a product where prohibited by applicable law. Orders that cannot legally be completed may be canceled.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact Frankenstein Gunworks as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Any applicable fees or non-refundable charges associated with a canceled order will be communicated before the cancellation is completed. Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be handled under our return policy. Shipping charges and other costs already incurred by Frankenstein Gunworks are non-refundable.
Returns
Firearms are not eligible for return after they have been transferred to the purchaser by the receiving FFL, except where required by law. Customers should inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer. If there is a problem with the firearm, contact Frankenstein Gunworks before accepting the transfer whenever possible.
Firearms that have been transferred to the purchaser by the receiving FFL are final sale and are not eligible for return, except where required by law. Customers are responsible for inspecting the firearm before completing the transfer.
If a firearm is returned before transfer and Frankenstein Gunworks authorizes the return, the purchaser is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs and the order is subject to a 20% restocking fee. No return may be made without prior authorization from Frankenstein Gunworks.
Refused or Failed Transfers
If a purchaser is unable or unwilling to complete the transfer, fails a required background check, is prohibited from receiving the firearm, or the receiving FFL refuses the transfer, the firearm must be returned to Frankenstein Gunworks. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs, and the refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or otherwise does not match your order, contact Frankenstein Gunworks promptly so we can address the issue. Please retain the original packaging and any shipping materials until the matter has been resolved.
